I'd pair Nice Kitty with a neutral eye since I don't like bold eye makeup. Maybe Llama and Shroom on my eyes and some Pink Swoon on my cheeks. Simple, but it gives me just a little bit of polish, which is just the way I like it. :)

I would pair HK lipglass in Nice Kitty with Creme Royale (from Lucky Tom Palette) just underneath the brow, Yogurt all over the lid, and Romping in the outer V of the lid (last 2 from Too Dolly Palette). All from the HK collection.

I know exactly what look would go well with Nice Kitty. I have MAC Top Knot eyeshadow from the Blonde, Brunette, Redhead collection. It's a black purple with a hint of purple shimmer. I would apply this on my lid and in my crease. I would then line my eyes (upper and lower) with Blacktrack Fluidline. I would wing out my eyeliner to create a cat eye effect. Then I would top it off with loads of Exceptionnel mascara.

I would have a full HK face ha ha and I would be good to go!

LMAO that this give away made me join twitter! So I am on that now and also a subscriber!!

HE HE I want to win this giveaway so freakin bad!

I think the Nice Kitty is one lipglass that could go with any eye-look from all natural to heavy on color. Could go with both the M.A.C. Hello Kitty Lucky Tom and the Too Dolly Shadows too. Looks like a great color. And I would love one!

Thanks for all your great blogging on products.

*Jen* said on February 16, 2009 at 11:56 PM

LOL Rachel it is hard to figure out what to pair a product with when you don't actually own it, but purple would really go well with Nice Kitty!

*Jen* said on February 17, 2009 at 12:02 AM

Judiannmel you're so right that Nice Kitty really is very versatile, since you can build the color from a sheer wash of pink to a much brighter pop of pink. It really goes with everything, which is part of what makes it so much fun!

Deanna said on February 17, 2009 at 12:16 AM

I think any eye colors will go with this lipgloss. I'm not too sure since I didn't check out the colors in person and from the looks on your lip, it looks very neutral. I would say brighter colors will go well with this especially purple since it has purples sparks.

Hi Jen!

I'd pair Nice Kitty with a very girly pink and purple eye look - something like using Hoppin' from Heatherette Trio 1 with Illegal Cargo on the outer V, and Solar White as highlight. This is one of my favourite eye looks!

Because Nice Kitty is such a nice natural color keeping the lips simple I would up-play the eyes a bit with maybe a complementary smokey green look and wing out the eyeliner keeping it on the ticker side.

Well, I'm a German receiver of your newsletter since quite a few months, just wanted to mention it by the way!

I'd make an x-traordinary eye make-up session with 'Nice Kitty' such as the typical HK colours: red, white and yellow.. a rainbow of a triple colour basic and some kind of a ribbon as my eye liner. I don't know if you can imagine it, but it works quite well to let the eyeliner fade out into a kitty bow!

Anna ^^

I'd pair it with shadows in soft shimmery brown and pink colors. Depending on my mood I'd heavily line upper lash line and half of my lower lash line with either black or dark brown mascara. I'll also tightline my upper lashline and line my lower lash line with white eyeliner. Last but definitely not the least I'll finish with a heavy application of black mascara on both upper and lower lashes.

Tiffany a fellow glitter lover--shimmer just makes me so happy, although I'm not quite sure how my predominantly male office feels about it LOL!

Thanks for subscribing!

Clear Water Iris Daughter I love the idea of adding white liner to the look. I've never been able to find a white liner that pops and remains a pure white on me for some reason--I'll have to resume my search!

Anonymous said on February 19, 2009 at 4:01 PM

Lovely giveaway! :)

I'd pair it up with Stylin' (Lucky Tom Palette) all over the lid, then blend Romping (Too Dolly Palette) onto my entire crease area and make an outer v. Then, most definitely wear the Hello Kitty Lash, cause those are too cute to pass up! Then line it with blacktrack.

Hi Jen! :)

Well I would probably pair HK L/G in Nicy Kitty with MAC Suite Array e/s duo in Smoke & Ash, and Mineralize duo in Family Silver for the brow bone. IDK why but I am loving this look for brighter gloss colors!

My email is brittbritt3 at msn dot com.

Thanks for the awesome contest!

I'd pair nice kitty l/g with smokey neutral brown eyes just because nice kitty is so sheer yet simple.

Thanks for this contest ABS!

Thanks Naz!

Can you believe I totally forgot to check out the Kitty lashes? I haven't worn falsies in the longest time--I love the look but not so much the time it takes me to apply them =X.

*Jen* said on February 19, 2009 at 6:00 PM

Hey Barbie Slayer!

Oooh I haven't thought about MAC's Suite Array in the longest time! I totally loved the compact packaging. Thank you for entering :).

Jennnn!! It's Tricia from tPF. I literally took such a plunge and signed up for both this site AND twitter...agh! Hopefully I can handle all this technological stuff lmao.

Anyways. I'd pair the l/g with a really clean and classy eye...iridescent white all over then a deep brown in the crease with a peachy blush.

*Obviously following you on here via email and twitter. But not stalking you at all.... O_O

Tricia said on February 19, 2009 at 8:45 PM

Hi Jen!
This is my first visit here, I'm very excited!
For Nice Kitty I would play up the sweet girlie look. I would use a light shimmery coral wash, highlight with with MAC ricepaper, light pink in the middle of the lid, a mid tone shimmery purple in the outer V. A small catwing to finish off the look and viola!

My email address is i_love__choccies at hotmail dot com

xoxo Jean

Welcome Jean!

I love new visitors! I hope you enjoyed your first visit here <3.

Your look sounds colorful and really really beautiful. You've inspired me to replicate a similar look using expenisve pink, dazzlelight, and MAC pigments in fuchsia and violet--hopefully I'll be able to recreate what you had in mind!

Anonymous said on February 20, 2009 at 10:01 AM

I would pair it with a very sweet girlie look - winged black liner and black lashes, a light wash of arctic grey on the lid, and dollymix blush!

heavenlyrenee at woh dot rr dot com
Thanks hope i win!!!!!!!!!!!!!

annalene said on February 21, 2009 at 6:13 PM

wow what a pretty color. i think i would pair this with a cute dolly style eye. liquid liner on the top lid with a slight cat eye, keep it plain in the bottom eye rim, and a pale/white semi sparkly eyeshadow, also tons of mascara on the top and bottom lashes!

annalene said on February 21, 2009 at 6:14 PM

*Jen* said on February 21, 2009 at 7:42 PM

Rooann that sounds perfect--topped off with a set of falsies for the bottom lashes you'd totally have a gorgeous dolly look going on there.

Thanks for letting me know Rooann! :) And of course thank you for following me on twitter.

Nikki ! said on February 21, 2009 at 11:14 PM

oooh I love kitty!

1) I'd use a nice light shimmery wash of some kind of lavender purple. I like happy bright but pastel looks, and I'd do a winged this black liner on top for sexiness ;) this would be super cute for my anime young spring looks :]

I'm really liking the idea of an anime look for Hello Kitty--it definitely fits with her persona/image!

RobbyRaynebow said on February 22, 2009 at 5:01 PM

Hey Jen,

I would pair Nice Kitty with my new Irreverent Madame quad from Lancome's Pink Irreverence Collection. The MA up there showed me a dramtic yet subtle way of using it and that is the perfect shade to compliment it.

I'd pair it with the light purples from the Lunasol Blooming Eyes Fuji, because of the lovely spring tones in both lipgloss and eyeshadows.

I just love your blog.

I would pair it with a neutral eye,
cream colour base in pearl, with satin taupe, sroom and espresso, with a little brown eye liner and mascara.

Then I would hope that my 13 year old neice does not borrow(which means never return,LOL)my HK gloss.

I am signed up for email updates.

Hey Robby!

I've been wanting that quad but for some reason I never buy much Lancome. Sounds beautiful!

*Jen* said on February 23, 2009 at 10:28 AM

Linda I love Lunasol and purples--your look sounds great! I'm definitely ready for spring weather/makeup to arrive!

*Jen* said on February 23, 2009 at 10:29 AM

Awww thanks Charlotte! <3

I love the sound of your neutral eye--simple but yet so sophisticated! I've been dying to get satin taupe for myself but whenever I get to the store to purchase it, something always holds me back. I guess the fear that it'll look terrible on me!

I wish I had nieces/sisters to borrow my makeup! I love buying it but having so much of it gets overwhelming--and I promise I'm not a compulsive shopper LOL!

Thanks for following me via e-mail and twitter Charlotte!

ohhello!

I love hellokitty so much, even as a kid. And yeah, i think to me, hellokitty should not be put together with bold, smokey, dark eye makeup.
She should be paired with girly pink eyeshadows, and incredibly longg mascara-ed lashes. That probably should work! Some glitter would complete the job! (:

And oh, i am a subscriber already; :D

hey daphnee!

hello,

so nice of you to hold this giveaway ^-^

I think we should pair Nice Kitty lipgloss with cool blue and pinkish eye makeup just like the colors from Too Dolly palette. This will make the daring Nice Kitty color pop showing it's gorgeous tone. So a light eye makeup will do :)

I'm a subsriber too!

*Jen* said on February 24, 2009 at 9:35 AM

LOL cindy there are definitely a good number of comments in this post!

*Jen* said on February 24, 2009 at 9:35 AM

Queenyee that look would definitely bring out all of the pretty blue and pink tones in Nice Kitty!

Anonymous said on February 24, 2009 at 12:44 PM

Wow! Hello Kitty! I've been dying to try one of their items!

For the eye makeup, I'd do it with yellow-green on top and bright baby pink below on the outer corner. I think this paired with pink glossy lips would be a great spring/summer look!

Alexandra said on February 25, 2009 at 11:21 AM

Great giveaway Jen! I'm a fan of smokey eyes with pink lips, but since this color is a darker pink I'd use a gunmetal color like MAC's knight divine deepened a little with a deep brown shadow in the crease so that it's not as intense. =)

*Jen* said on February 25, 2009 at 3:05 PM

Aleksis that sounds beautiful, but then again any look would look stunning on you since you have the face to pull off everything!

Bethy I hate when my fave items disappear/are discontinued. Back in the day there was this fabulous lotion that I loved that cost all of $3 or so that I haven't been able to find since, which is a tragedy since it was the only product that smoothed down my arm bumpies.
